Job Description

* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a long-term position in New York.

* This role involves overseeing an adaptive reuse project, transforming a school into residential apartments and constructing a new two-story children's center.

Responsibilities

* Create and manage 3-week schedules and look-ahead plans.

* Oversee subcontractors and ensure control over various construction processes.

* Maintain solid communication with field staff and report to the onsite Project Manager.

* Coordinate and manage ground-up construction activities efficiently.

Essential Skills

* A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction.

* Experience in ground-up construction projects.

* Proficiency in using Procore or similar construction management software.

* Possession of OSHA 30 certification.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glenfield, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr.
