The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Assists the Project Management team with management administration on a small to moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a larger, more complex project, following set guidelines for tasks.
- Employee receives clear and specific instructions and/or follows standardized instructions or procedures without ongoing supervision.
- Employee consults with supervisor on matters not covered in the original instructions.
- May interface with design team.
- Works closely with construction project teams.
- Assists with and monitors change orders.
- Reviews project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.
- Works with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attends meetings and report on project tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Candidate must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or relevant curriculum or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- BS Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
- Experience from a large general contractor as an Engineer, Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/renderings.
- Experience with construction documentation such as change orders, RFI. RFP, etc.
- Experience with construction software such as Procore, E-Builder, CMiC, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
