We are exclusively representing a highly respected New York City General Contractor with a strong, consistent pipeline of ground-up high-rise residential towers.
They are seeking a Lead or Senior Superintendent who has stood at the front of the site from day one - from excavation and foundation through TCO and final turnover, and knows what it truly takes to deliver a tower in NYC.
This requires deep, boots-on-the-ground GC leadership experience leading projects start to finish while representing the General Contractor on site.
Who You Are:You’re currently leading ground-up high-rise residential builds in NYC working directly for a General Contractor.
You have:
- Delivered 10+ story residential towers from the ground up
- Managed complex site logistics on tight NYC footprints
- Led union trades with authority and earned respect
- Navigated DOB inspections and compliance challenges firsthand
- Taken control of schedules — and recovered them when needed
- Owned the job, every single day
- As Lead / Senior Superintendent, you will:
- Be the primary on-site authority from mobilization to sign-off
- Drive sequencing, safety, quality, and accountability
- Lead subcontractor coordination and enforce standards
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure seamless delivery
- Set the tone for the entire field operation
You will be trusted to run the job properly with the support of leadership that understands strong Superintendents are the backbone of every successful tower.
