Are you an Estimator from a millwork or commercial construction background looking to join a growing custom manufacturing business with real long-term progression?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a design-led, custom retail display manufacturer focused on improving efficiency, investing in new equipment, and strengthening its commercial team to support continued growth at its Long Island City facility.

Now is a fantastic time to step into a high-impact position where you ll work closely with senior leadership, build strong GC relationships, and play a key role in securing profitable custom projects, with progression opportunities into senior estimating or commercial leadership roles.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed and competitive bids, reviewing architectural drawings and specifications, pricing materials and labour, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure commercially accurate submissions. You ll also help strengthen contractor relationships and support strategic growth initiatives.

This role would suit a detail-driven Estimator with millwork or construction experience who wants ownership, visibility, and progression within a custom manufacturing environment.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
• Review architectural drawings and specifications
• Liaise with General Contractors and internal teams

• Estimating experience within millwork, woodworking, or commercial construction
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Experience with Excel, Bluebeam, Plan Swift or similar tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
