The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of field operations on active construction projects. This role ensures that all work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with contract documents and Promethean Builders’ quality standards. The Superintendent leads coordination across trades, manages site logistics, and maintains all field reporting to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.

• Oversee daily on-site operations for all phases of construction to ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure proper sequencing and adherence to construction documents and specifications.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and maintain strong communication between field teams, project managers, and design professionals.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols in alignment with OSHA and company standards; maintain a clean, organized, and secure site at all times.
• Conduct daily reports, maintain project logs, and track progress and inspections.
• Perform quality control checks throughout construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and immediately address any deficiencies.
• Coordinate and schedule required inspections and ensure timely sign-offs.
• Identify and communicate scope gaps or potential conflicts, escalating issues proactively.
• Support preconstruction and project startup activities, including logistics planning, subcontractor onboarding, and permits.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns; promote continuous learning and professional growth.
• Represent Promethean professionally in all client, architect, and trade partner interactions.
• Support closeout activities, ensuring all punch list items are completed and turnover packages are accurate.

• 7+ years of field supervision experience in commercial, Residential, or institutional construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mid- to large-scale projects from start to closeout.
• Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to drive results under pressure.
• Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, or equivalent construction management software.
• OSHA-30 certification required; NYC DOB Site Safety certifications is a plus.
