Project Manager​/Estimator

We are hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial and residential construction projects throughout the New York City and greater New York metro area. This role blends pre‑construction estimating with hands‑on project management, ensuring jobs move smoothly from bid to completion while meeting budget, schedule, and quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in asphalt, paving, and general construction who can manage both numbers and people in a fast‑paced environment.

• Develop accurate construction estimates, material takeoffs, and proposals for commercial and residential projects
• Manage construction projects from award through final close‑out
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment across multiple job sites
• Track project schedules, costs, change orders, and documentation
• Monitor jobsite progress to ensure safety, quality control, and timeline adherence
• Communicate regularly with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to manage scope and expectations
• Identify risks early and resolve issues to keep projects on track

• Experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or combined PM/Estimator in construction
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, paving, and site or general construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects across New York City and surrounding areas
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working between the office, job sites, and client meetings
