Location: New York
A leading construction management firm in New York City is currently seeking a detailed-oriented Cost Estimator to evaluate and prepare cost estimates for change orders. In this role, you will work closely with design teams and subcontractors to ensure estimates are accurate and align with company standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a closely related field along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
This position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000.
