Senior Property Manageer

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Scaffolding, rigging knowledge
- 90% of projects in Manhattan
- Good standing with architects/ engineers and/or managers / supers
- Understanding of plans, projects and scope execution
- Will attend project meetings of high end coops/ condos
- Understand when change orders apply
- Follow AIA docs
- Estimating notes
- Walkthroughs
- Project progress monitoring
- Project planning
- Material sourcing
- Allowance quantity monitoring
- 6 years + experience
- Continual follow up on open change orders/ proposals on their projects, follow up on inspections
