B&B Concrete Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Concrete Estimator to lead and elevate our Pre-Construction department. This is not just an estimating role—it's a leadership position that shapes backlog strategy, protects project margins, and drives continuous improvement through data and process. You will manage and mentor a growing team while collaborating cross‑functionally with operations, VDC, and business development to ensure every estimate sets the foundation for success.

• Manage and prioritize the estimating pipeline to achieve bid volume and revenue targets.
• Lead bid strategy sessions, including project prioritization, margin analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Oversee post‑bid follow‑ups and conduct detailed scope reviews with General Contractors.
• Build and expand GC relationships and client networks to drive future opportunities.
• Coordinate with the VDC team for constructability reviews, model validation, and quantity takeoffs.
• Lead internal bid reviews, RFI development, and subcontractor/vendor quote coverage.
• Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and risk mitigation across all estimates.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators to grow team capability and autonomy.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver consistent pipeline reporting to company leadership.
• Lead handoff meetings and documentation transfers to Operations for awarded projects.
• Continuously improve estimating SOPs, templates, and workflows for scalability and consistency.

• 10+ years of experience estimating commercial or infrastructure concrete projects.
• Demonstrated success winning work while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing estimating teams.
• Deep knowledge of concrete bid strategies, scope analysis, and pre‑construction risk management.
• Familiarity with BIM, VDC, and pre‑construction technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• Comfortable leading cross‑functional teams from pre‑construction through execution.

Monday – Friday

Occasional extended hours during peak bid periods

Onsite at B&B Concrete Headquarters in Nanuet, NY

Collaborative role working closely with Operations, VDC, and Business Development teams
