Well established facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, masonry/ concrete contractor seeks the following :
- Scaffolding, rigging knowledge
- 90% of projects in Manhattan
- Good standing with architects/ engineers & management companies
- Understanding of plans, projects and scope execution
- Understand when change orders apply
- Understand AIA docs
- Communicate with office, PMs and shop personnel
- Estimating assistance
- Project progress monitoring
- Project planning
- Good working knowledge of outlook, virtual meetings, Microsoft office, blue beam
- Allowance quantity monitoring
- 8 years + experience
- Continual follow up on bids and open proposals
