Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor – High End Residential

Pay: From $ per year

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to serve as Construction Project Manager and Site Supervisor for our residential projects. This hybrid role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage project planning and execution while maintaining a strong presence on‑site to ensure quality and efficiency.

Job Description
  • Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects from pre‑construction through completion ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Estimate costs, develop budgets, and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is performed safely and to the highest standards. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Resolve problems and conflicts that arise during construction, maintaining open communication with team members and clients.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.
  • Provide weekly progress summaries to clients, including photos and key updates.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, materials, or site conditions promptly and professionally. Address any environmental or community concerns related to the project, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to standards, taking proactive measures to address any issues that arise.
  • Proactively identify changes in project scope and adjust plans and budgets accordingly.
  • Administer the submittal review process between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Successful experience in residential construction, with experience in a project management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury construction standards, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across planning and site supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction documentation with the Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software.
  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and sustain a seated posture for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines.
