• Oversee MEPs on commercial construction projects.
• Manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional leadership and team management, directing a diverse group of professionals and motivating the team to excel.
• Apply knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles to ensure quality control, building codes, and safety regulations are followed.
• Proficiently manage budgets and resources to meet project goals and timelines.

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEPs on a commercial construction project.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP) or a related field would be an advantage.
