A construction staffing agency is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for interior commercial construction projects in the NYC metro area. Key responsibilities include leading on-site personnel, coordinating with the Project Manager, and enforcing safety protocols. Candidates must have a NYC Superintendent’s License, OSHA 30, and at least five years of supervisory experience in Manhattan construction.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience is also required.
