Construction Supervisor

Our Client is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on site leadership role for someone who knows how to manage people, schedules, safety, and quality while keeping projects on track and within budget.

If you have strong field experience and enjoy taking full ownership of a construction site, this role is for you.

• Oversee daily construction activities on site and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
• Manage site logistics
  , including deliveries, inspections, and material verification
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor progress and coordinate closely with project managers and senior leadership
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, timesheets, and compliance documentation
• Review subcontractor payment requests and support monthly billing processes
• Coordinate inspections with authorities, third-party inspectors, or lenders when required
• Help manage site access, workforce tracking, and badging systems

• Strong background in ground-up construction projects
• Proven experience managing lump-sum / fixed-price contracts
• Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and solve problems on site
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans
• Strong communication skills with crews, consultants, and management

• Around 10+ years in construction
  , with 5+ years in a superintendent or supervisory role
• Prior experience overseeing large or complex projects is highly valued

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus

• NYC Construction Superintendent License is required
