Project Manager – Node Splits/Mid-Split
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Project Manager with direct experience in Node Splits and Mid‑Splits to oversee upcoming regional Mid‑Split projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end project coordination, vendor oversight in the field, and project tracking within Site Tracker.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction activities for Node Split and Mid‑Split projects.
- Oversee vendors and subcontractors; conduct regular field inspections.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation in Site Tracker.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, permitting, operations).
- Report on project milestones, risks, and progress to leadership.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Resolve on‑site challenges and maintain construction timelines.
- 8–10 years of project management and field coordination experience in telecom or construction environments.
- Strong background in Node Split / Mid‑Split projects.
- Proficiency in Site Tracker or similar project management tools.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and concurrent projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance, with a willingness to travel to job sites (mileage reimbursement available).
- Willingness to travel frequently for site oversight (up to 80%).
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- OSHA 30 or relevant safety certifications.
- Experience with fiber network builds or upgrades.
- Familiarity with permitting and compliance processes.
- Working knowledge of GIS tools, AutoCAD, or document control systems.
