Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY. Immediate need for a Construction Inspector/Superintendent.

• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications.
• Inspect all materials upon arrival to the job site for compliance.
• Review plans to identify potential violations.
• Document inspections and report any issues.
• Determine the quality of materials through testing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management (plus).
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in building construction trades.
• Minimum four (4) years as a Construction Inspector, including site/civil inspection.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification.
• Proficiency with web‑based submittal collaboration systems.
• Construction scheduling knowledge to support project teams.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
• Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team collaboration ability.

• Compensation: $40/hr – $56/hr, with exact amount determined by qualifications and location.
