Construction Inspector / Superintendent
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY. Immediate need for a Construction Inspector/Superintendent.

Responsibilities- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications.
- Inspect all materials upon arrival to the job site for compliance.
- Review plans to identify potential violations.
- Document inspections and report any issues.
- Determine the quality of materials through testing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management (plus).
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in building construction trades.
- Minimum four (4) years as a Construction Inspector, including site/civil inspection.
- OSHA 30‑hour certification.
- Proficiency with web‑based submittal collaboration systems.
- Construction scheduling knowledge to support project teams.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations.
- Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Team collaboration ability.

Benefits- Comprehensive benefits package and positive work environment.
- Compensation: $40/hr – $56/hr, with exact amount determined by qualifications and location.
