Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare and/or affordable housing construction projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NYC building regulations, agency approvals, and the unique challenges of working in occupied facilities, urban sites, and mission‑driven developments. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance
• Drive schedules, budgets, and site logistics in partnership with Superintendents
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, FDNY, OSHA, union labor, MWBE, and prevailing wage requirements
• Deliver work in occupied healthcare facilities and/or publicly funded housing developments

• 5+ years of NYC Construction project management experience
• Background in healthcare and/or affordable housing construction
• Strong knowledge of NYC codes, agencies, and trade coordination
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

• Base salary between $150k - $200k
