Our client, a leading General Contractor in New York City, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting ground‑up construction projects across Manhattan while contributing to the success of a growing and respected contractor.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Location:
Manhattan, NY
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost‑effective solutions are implemented
- Review and assess subcontractor proposals and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a General Contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of ground‑up construction projects
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competitive base salary of $175,000
