Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable individual for a position as a Superintendent - Road/Utility/Paving to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Wilton Campus.

Responsibilities
:
Follow and reinforce company safety policies, lead field operations ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, coordinate forepersons and crews, monitor crew production, plan daily schedules, communicate with owners, agencies, inspectors, engage union BA’s/stewards for labor hiring, oversee safety compliance and OSHA regulations, manage day-to-day operations including materials, equipment, labor oversight, develop SSHASP, attend meetings and provide technical assistance.

Required Qualifications
:
Bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management preferred; minimum 7 years in bridge/heavy highway construction, 3-5 years supervisory experience, computer skills, detail orientation, excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of NYSDOT specs, blueprint interpretation, ability to meet deadlines, willingness to travel, valid driver's license, pre‑employment drug screen pass.

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Base salary range:

• Superintendent I: $86,000 - $89,000
• Superintendent II: $114,000 - $122,000
• Superintendent III: $118,000 - $148,000
• General Superintendent: $131,000 - $160,000

Actual compensation may vary based on experience, market conditions, education, certifications, overtime, and other credentials.
