About the Role:
Find Talent is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Manager on behalf of our client in the construction industry. This role is essential in ensuring a secure and compliant work environment by supporting safety initiatives, policies, and procedures across active job sites. The ideal candidate will work closely with both the safety and construction management teams to uphold the highest safety standards while providing administrative support for training, documentation, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement job-specific safety plans, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety training sessions for project teams and oversee documentation compliance for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in safety meetings, workforce engagement initiatives, and leadership discussions to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Perform regular field audits, safety inspections, and incident tracking to proactively address risks and hazards.
  • Lead investigations for any workplace incidents, ensuring accurate reporting and corrective action implementation.
  • Stay up to date with safety best practices and regulatory changes to continuously enhance safety protocols.
  • Support and enforce company safety policies, collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in construction safety, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Certification in safety-related programs such as OSHA 500, STSC, CHST, SMS, ASP, or CSP is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA-70E regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide effective training and coaching.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including the ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and handle safety-related challenges with confidence.
  • Willingness to work in varying conditions, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
