We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies
- Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule updates
- Identify and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and resources for projects
- Implement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction site Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful project completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
