Taconic Builders is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Stanfordville, NY area. If you are a skilled professional with a passion for project management in high-end / luxury residential construction projects, we invite you to apply to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking direct responsibility for overseeing site personnel and coordinating with homeowners, designers, architects, and office administration.
• Utilize your expertise in construction documents, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Generate comprehensive project breakdowns (scope of work) and demonstrate proficiency in interpreting construction documents and architectural drawings.
• Exhibit excellent supervision, management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Showcase your computer literacy by generating reports and spreadsheets to effectively track project progress.
• Be willing to travel between job sites as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Pro Core, Adobe, MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with construction documents and architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
