• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources daily. Suggest or recommend potential cost savings measures.
• Analyze project performance and implement improvements for efficiency.

• BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Construction Management.
• 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Solid communications skills, both oral and written.

• Competitive base salary $135,710 to $169,630
