Construction Scheduler – Utility

Overview

Construction Scheduler - Utility Experience Haydan Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Construction Scheduler to work with our client, a large NY state utility.
This position is 50% hybrid from home and 50% traveling to project sites located throughout NYC and Upstate NY. Travel expenses will be reimbursed at the approved GSA rates.

• Review and analyze all relevant Master Schedules maintained in P6 by the client from a Construction Management planning perspective.
• Review Regional maintenance and outage plans to ensure reduction of conflicts with planned Project work.
• Review construction schedules supplied by contractors and ensure coordination with Master Schedule to ensure alignment of dates. This includes (1) baseline review, and (2) reviews of updates supplied by contractors.
• Generate reports to be used by Construction Management to be used in communication of the above-mentioned analysis.

Monthly deliverables in the form of reporting will be required on a monthly basis, and the successful delivery and acceptance shall serve as basis for payment. The deliverable shall be presented to the Sr Program Director of Construction Engineering as well as Project and Program Controls, or others as requested.

• Monthly Reports may include standard items such as
• Lookahead Construction Schedule on a site-by-site basis.
• Identify Construction resource demand requirements
• Construction Schedule Risk log
• Ad hoc reports

The Consultant shall furnish a qualified professional with extensive experience who can proficiently execute the tasks outlined in this Scope of Services. This expert should possess extensive experience in Project Controls, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of interrelated schedules. Additionally, the consultant should have direct experience in scheduling of large-scale electrical utility projects
