Seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to oversee projects nationwide. From day one, you’ll be given the tools, support, and responsibility needed to succeed and advance your career.

- Lead project teams, resolve challenges, and maintain strong jobsite leadership
- Participate in preconstruction planning and scheduling
- Work closely with the project manager to build and maintain the construction schedule
- Oversee job progress, quality, specifications, and profitability
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance
- Review and approve requisitions, POs, invoices, and key project documents
- Provide daily reports on progress, conditions, issues, and client interactions
- Communicate consistently with the project manager on progress and potential impacts
- Enforce safety standards across all phases of the project
- Uphold company values with integrity, quality focus, and client-first mindset
- 5–25 years of superintendent experience
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical demands (walking/standing long periods, uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.)
