Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 base salary (DOE) plus bonuses.

A leading commercial interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join their growing team. This position is fully in-office and focuses on detailed, hands‑on estimating work for a variety of commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, a background in drywall and framing estimating, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Perform comprehensive takeoffs for drywall framing, equipment and materials, wallboard and plasterboard, and custom millwork
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates using Plan Swift and OnScreen Takeoff
• Participate in daily bid reviews and client scope meetings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment between estimating and project requirements
• Support the preparation of bid proposals and documentation as needed
• Occasionally conduct site visits, though this role is primarily in-office

• Prior experience in drywall estimating is required
• Proficiency with Plan Swift and OnScreen Takeoff
• Strong understanding of materials, labor, and construction methodologies related to drywall and interior framing
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
