Superintendent Level 3

New York Operations

Superintendent, Senior Superintendent and/or Project Manager by project

• Specific field trades
• Local Law 196
• OSHA, NYCDOB and FDNY regulations
• LEED material requirements

• Managing select specialty partners
• Participating in foreman's meetings for trade‑specific topics
• Assisting with layout on the jobsite
• Direct field work and decision making for field conflicts
• Collecting, reviewing, and understanding daily huddles
• Implementing Site Safety Plan
• Partnering with project managers to create, review, and enforce JHA/PTP plans
• Running IIF committee meetings
• Coordinating trade‑specific inspectors and specialty partners
• Ensuring correct and quality materials are delivered to the jobsite
• Managing plans, specs, and quality of specific specialty partners or trades on site
• Maintaining up‑to‑date permits
• Collaborating with lead super to develop task‑specific logistic plans
• Assisting in writing and understanding Exhibit A's for trade‑specific work
• Understanding and creating RFIs
• Developing stored materials plan based on ROJ
• Understanding both specific trade and overall job specs and drawings
• Completing all required daily and monthly reports
• Understanding both specific trade and overall job schedule
• Creating and maintaining trade‑specific lookahead schedules including tracking manpower
• Reviewing SOV, providing comments to management staff
• Assisting in punch list and close‑out processes

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication and interaction with internal project team and external specialty partners
• Exhibits leadership skills
• Risk and hazard recognition on the jobsite
• Understanding of the project Site Safety Plan

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of construction experience
• 1–2 years of experience with healthcare construction
• SST card required

$90,000–$105,000

The above salary range represents Hunter Roberts's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Hunter Roberts provides to employees.
