Sr Area Construction Manager - Heavy Highway

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

• Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources. Suggest or recommend any potential cost savings measures

• Analyze project performance and implement improvements for efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

• BS in Engineering preferred.

• 5+ years in Construction Management.

• 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.

• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Solid communications skills, both oral and written.
