• Support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards on‑site and in the office.

• Help track project progress and update schedules.
• Assist in managing subcontractor relationships and communications.
• Support procurement and logistics coordination.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to status reporting.
• Assist in quantity take‑offs and cost analysis.
• Help prepare bid packages and proposals.
• Research materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with senior estimators to develop competitive pricing strategies.

• Support superintendents and field staff with daily operations.
• Help monitor site safety and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and managing inventory.
• Document field activities and progress.
