The Head of Installation is responsible for the thorough planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of Dextall system installation throughout the construction and closeout phases. For all Dextall applications including project sites, laboratory tests, and mockups, the Head of Installation will be responsible for coordinating delivery and shipping logistics, monitoring the work of installers to ensure accordance with best practices, attending meetings with clients as needed, and issuing reports both internal and external to document installation progress.

This individual will also manage a team of Construction Project Managers.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall timelines.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team as needed on all shipping, import, and delivery logistics as required to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead and participate in coordination meetings with clients, installers, stakeholders, contractors, and project design teams.
• Address installation questions and provide on-the-ground problem-solving as needed.
• Inspect and document ongoing construction to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and guidelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including management of Construction Project Managers.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Communicate with external stakeholders, such as developers, general contractors, architects, and facade consultants.

• 10+ years of experience overseeing installation and construction of mid-to-high rise unitized façades.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing schedules, materials, and reporting on jobsite performance.
• Fluent in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Direct experience with facades, curtain walls, and/or prefabricated exterior wall systems.
• Professional certifications (e.g. PE, RA, PMP, LEED AP).
