• Assist the Superintendent in daily on-site construction activities for an 8–25 story multifamily project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, conduct walkthroughs, and support safety compliance.
• Track progress, update schedules, and report daily activities.
• Support quality control processes and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
• Help resolve field issues and communicate effectively with project management, trades, and inspectors.
• Maintain site documentation, logs, and reports.

• 2–5+ years as Assistant Superintendent or similar field role, preferably on mid/high-rise residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and safety practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory for coordination with field staff and subcontractors.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Hallandale Beach.

• Experience with Procore or comparable project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Background in concrete, structural, or exterior envelope preferred.
