Position:
Superintendent – High-End Custom Homes
Location: Stuart, FL
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in the Stuart, FL area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury residential construction, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.

• Project Supervision:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of high-end custom home construction sites.
  • Ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.

• Site Management:

  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor on-site to ensure the project runs smoothly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Address any construction-related issues and find solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Coordination & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between all parties involved in the project.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure compliance with local building codes.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Track project progress, document daily activities, and report to project managers and clients.
  • Use construction management software to record job site activities, inspections, and change orders.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent managing high-end custom home construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore

  , and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
