As a Construction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and coordinating high-end construction projects. From managing budgets and schedules to ensuring quality and compliance, this role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator. You will be the critical link between our clients, architects, and construction teams, driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade workers to bring designs to life.
  • Provide leadership and maintain effective relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust timelines, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct quality control to uphold RAPP Construction Management's high standards.
  • Train and supervise on-site staff, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (+5 years) in construction project management, preferably in high-end or luxury projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean, professional demeanor.
