We have a great opportunity for an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our team.

Our Landscape Estimator comes with a robust compensation and benefits package, including an annual salary between $60,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience, opportunity for growth, health benefits after 90 days, 401k with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

Requirements for the Landscape Estimator:

• 2+ years of experience in estimating landscape installation/landscape construction/landscape irrigation projects;
• Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation and construction customers;
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office Suite and comfortable with learning new technology.

Preferred but not required:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management;
• Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and Pro Core.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Estimator:

• Gathering, calculating and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates;
• Preparing estimates;
• Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Utilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to management;
• Following the sales process through estimation to completion, conducting follow ups with clients as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.
