As we continue to grow across our Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, and new HVAC divisions, we’re looking for experienced Estimators who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and are ready to grow with a company that’s built on trust and collaboration.

• Review drawings, specs, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Partner with project managers, field teams, and vendors to develop efficient, competitive bids.
• Support budgeting, design-build, and value-engineering efforts.
• Contribute to proposals that build strong client relationships and lasting results.

• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction (specialty in Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC).
• Strong knowledge of materials, systems, and takeoff methods.
• Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — and pride in a job well done.
