• Teacher: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction is at least 50% of the weekly schedule.
• Communicator: Build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and support your center’s success.
• Mentor: Responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow teachers, while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for preschool children.
• Leader: Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert: Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

• At least 18 years old and have experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA, are preferred.
• You meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $19.81 – $20.58 hourly, bi‑weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience or any other compensation offered.

• Monday‑Friday work week.
