Position: FULL-TIME: Nanny & Housekeeper Hybrid for a 10 year old boy, UES

## Overview An UES single Mom and entrepreneur is looking for a nanny/housekeeper and all around household helper. The role is roughly 75% housekeeping (including cleaning, errands, food shopping, home organization and more) and 25% nannying (including after-school care for a 10-year-old boy).

Your role is to support in keeping the home organized and running smoothly, while also being present for the young boy during afternoon and evening hours.

They're looking for a professional candidate who is highly organized, has experience managing a home and children, and who is excited to be helping a busy single Mom. You’ll work as part of a respectful, communicative household team, reporting directly to the Personal Assistant and coordinating regularly with the Brand Manager/EA.There

will be some travel to their home upstate and potentially some domestic and international travel as well.

The Ideal Candidate for this Job The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience has a Family Assistant or Housekeeper, or experience in another role that included similar tasks. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized, NYC savvy, and have excellent time management skills. You communicate clearly, work independently, and bring calm, positive energy to the home.

A driver's license is required.

You'll need to be fully confident to work alone, with the ability to shift easily between housekeeper and nanny roles—managing laundry, tidying up, running errands, or helping with homework—all with the same care

A background in childcare or nannying is also important, and warmth, trustworthiness, and a genuine enjoyment of being around this age group in particular. Flexibility is appreciated, as every day may look a little different.

You should have at least 3 years of experience at a minimum and at least three professional housekeeping, family assistant, or nanny references available that we can call and verify. You must be 19 compliant and legally able to work on the books.### Responsibilities When you arrive, you will focus on keeping the home organized and running efficiently. This includes general tidying, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and maintaining household supplies.

You might help with light meal prep, organize closets, or ensure that everything is restocked and ready for the week ahead.

After school, you’ll switch gears to support the child—spending time with him after school, helping with dinner, and making sure the evenings flow smoothly. On occasion, you may assist with drop-offs or pick-ups or help the family prepare for travel.### Additional Information Housekeeping or home management experience is required for this role, and prior childcare experience is strongly preferred. The family values honesty, organization, and a caring attitude above all.

A driver’s license is a plus but not necessary.
