The Ideal Candidate for this Job The ideal nanny will have prior newborn infant (under 3 months old) experience, newborn references that we can call, and will be up to date on vaccines. Beyond that, they're looking for someone who is incredibly reliable, warm, kind, and who genuinely loves children. This will be their third nanny hire and they've always made long-term connections - they like candidates that truly love their job.
While you will not be responsible for the older two boys (ages 5 and
2), comfortability around them is essential as they will be around.
The family is also looking for mature candidates who are professional but excited to work on a team, since Mom and Dad will often be home (but working). They describe their parenting as "middle ground". They are not strict authoritarians, but there are boundaries and there are rules.### About the Children New Baby Girl:

He loves to test limits. He's a rough and tumble little guy. He's never been a big brother and is still learning to communicate, so the baby will be a new experience for him!5 years old, boy:
Pretty chill guy. He likes to play with his trains. He sings to his Mom’s tummy. He’s protective of his younger brother. He wants to include him in all the things. He is protective. He's excited about his little sister coming!### Responsibilities You'll be solely responsible for the baby. You'll be focused on feeding, development and all the baby things.
Mom will be home and she may want to take a Mommy and Me class with the baby once a week - so flexibility to be on a team with her is important. Other than all things devoted to the baby, the family does not expect anything else.##### About the Job
