Position: Director of Sales  – US Mid-Market

qbiq is scaling rapidly worldwide, with over 600M square feet delivered across 100+ countries, serving hundreds of customers and thousands of users, leading the industry’s shift to AI, removing one of the most critical decision-making bottlenecks in the multi-trillion-dollar commercial real estate market.

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Director to own and scale qbiq’s US revenue motion. This role is responsible for managing and coaching a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving a high volume of mid‑market deals, and building the operating rigor required to support the next phase of qbiq’s growth.

This is a hands‑on, player‑coach role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, carries an individual quota, knows how to drive velocity and consistency, and can turn strong demand into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Revenue & Execution
  • Own US mid‑market revenue performance and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual targets
  • Drive high‑velocity deal execution across a large volume of mid‑market opportunities
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rigor
  • Step into deals as needed to accelerate progress, unblock challenges, and model best‑in‑class execution
Team Leadership & Coaching
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Set a high bar for execution quality, accountability, and performance
  • Run effective 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and team cadences
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the team scales
GTM & Operating Rigor
  • Execute and continuously refine qbiq’s US mid‑market GTM motion
  • Improve repeatability across qualification, discovery, pricing, and closing
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, onboarding, and expansion
  • Help define sales processes and metrics that support scale without slowing velocity
What We’re Looking For Experience
  • 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven success in high‑volume, mid‑market sales environments
  • Consistent history of overachieving quota, both personally and across managed teams
  • Experience selling into the commercial real estate market, including owners, brokers, architects, and general contractors
  • Strong track record of selling value-driven solutions in relatively simple, fast-moving buying motions
  • Experience selling $10k–$100k ACV solutions with consistency and predictability
  • Background in SaaS platforms, vertical SaaS, Prop Tech, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
  • Candidates must be based in the New York Metropolitan Area
  • Strong player‑coach mentality with hands‑on deal ownership and quota responsibility
  • Excellent at discovery, value articulation, and closing with a single primary decision‑maker
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast‑changing environments
  • High ownership, urgency, and a strong bias toward execution
