Position Overview

Copyleaks is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key member of the business operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting different departments, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. This position offers the opportunity for career development and growth within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, audits and deduplication processes.
  • Assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record‑keeping.
  • Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
  • Conduct Salesforce data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Salesforce reporting/dashboard management.
  • Support CRM administration, fields creation, automations and integrations.
  • Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales and/or marketing roles with a strong understanding of CRM administration and processes.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and maximize its potential for strategic growth.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Location

New York (hybrid). We meet in the office (located in Flatiron) 3 days a week.
