Position Summary

The Assistant Analyst, Activation Operations is responsible for tracking and processing media inventory, utilizing media systems tools. Ideal candidate must be comfortable integrating data from different sources to produce reports that will drive financial and business inputs. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, alongside working well in a team environment. Candidates are expected to be curious, self‑motivated, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

This role supports various departments at Orion by overseeing media buys and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize internal tools to review and send orders to vendors and support maintenance of tracking client spends.
  • Input and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX
  • Prepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on Digital media buys/orders
  • Perform monthly invoice matching within Prisma
  • Collaborate with our Shared Services and Financial Operations teams to reconciling billing and invoice discrepancies
  • Participate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business
  • Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff
  • Assist with ad hoc operations requests

The salary range for this position is posted below.
