As a Sales Strategy Support Analyst within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will support the strategy, planning, execution and adoption of national business development initiatives that improve advisor productivity and client outcomes—including programs such as our Unified Managed account platform. Acting as a bridge between Business Development, Practice Management, Product, Operations, and the field, you will help translate strategy into actionable, field‑ready execution plans, coordinate go‑to‑market readiness, and deliver data‑driven updates that inform leadership decisions.
Job Responsibilities- Support implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services for Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution, maintaining project plans, readiness checklists, and go‑live milestones; drive dependencies to closure.
- Coordinate and support training and communications to ensure effective adoption of new technology, practice management and business development capabilities.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and drive issue resolution by coordinating with Product, Operations, Risk/Controls and Technology.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the field; translate insights into clear recommendations and updates to materials and processes.
- Track and report key adoption and performance metrics; produce updates for leadership and field stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation and ongoing field engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, project management, sales enablement, management consulting, or field implementation.
- Proven ability to organize complex work streams, manage timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity for field audiences and maintain consistent, high‑quality messaging.
- Strong in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for communicating insights (clear storylines, executive‑ready visuals).
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and relevant regulatory considerations in wealth management.
- Travel required up to 25% of the time.
