NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S) is responsible for the product development and project management of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From sales support to campaign execution, delivery, and billing, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. The Program Management team within AP&S oversees strategic projects and programs to support business priorities for NBCU’s Advertising & Partnerships organization and manages organizational workflow standards and governance to ensure efficient product delivery and implementation.
We are currently seeking a Program Manager to assist the Director of Program Management in supporting our AI work streams. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams as well as external vendors and partners to achieve our business goals. An understanding of the digital and linear landscape is a must, including social platforms, ad serving platforms, and data-enabled media buying.
and Responsibilities
- Lead one or more cross-functional programs, coordinating between internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Own all program artifacts (including but not limited to project plans, project hubs, risk registers, communications plan) and facilitate meetings with detailed agendas and notes.
- Help build and maintain roadmaps, which include dependencies from the AP&S team, vendors, and other engineering organizations to execute strategic projects and programs.
- Manage conflicts, recognize risks, and employ mitigation tactics to ensure successful program execution.
- Manage the intake process for new requests including organizing reports and dashboards.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships (both internal and external), communicating consistent updates as needed (bi-weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly) on the active and requested initiatives.
- Support the Director with additional project management, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to share and leverage best practices and processes cross-functionally.
- Champion the organizational vision of our team and evangelize our systems and tools to enable consistent and efficient product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with ad servers, ad sales organizations, and/or project management with a proven history of increasing responsibility and scope.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize meetings, including creating pertinent agendas, managing conversations, and summarizing the results into a set of decisions made and next steps.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Atlassian tools.
- Experience in digital media and advertising platforms.
- Attention to detail while reviewing deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project requirements.
- Proven ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences.
Hybrid:
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 (bonus eligible)
