What will you be doing?

• Analytical inventory support: Provide analytical support for a uniform inventory approach throughout Caleres Brand Portfolio
• Inventory planning: Partner with Sr. Manager and Brand Teams for weekly and monthly inventory planning analysis and Open to Buy
• Dilution management: Coordinate corporate vendor allowance and coop process by implementing comprehensive and accurate reporting
• Planning system utilization: Serve as super user and subject matter expert in SKYPAD, Analysis for Office, Power BI, SAcP OTB Module, SAP
• Brand Portfolio reporting: Produce comprehensive analysis for Retail and Wholesale performance, utilizing various data sources
• Collaborate internally: Facilitate partnerships with Brand teams to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines for carryover and core review

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field
• 5+ years financial/business analysis or retail/sales planning experience
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
• Working knowledge of Retail Metrics and business acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft office products including advanced level Excel (INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP), Power Point
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting (SAP, SACp and Power BI) preferred
