As an Investment MBA Intern at C10 Labs, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting promising AI startups. You will work in close collaboration with our Managing Partners and will be deeply involved in the end‑to‑end investment cycle, from sourcing opportunities to portfolio management. If you have an unyielding enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, technology, and entrepreneurship, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply within the AI ecosystem.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, working closely with the portfolio companies to help them achieve their objectives
• Collaborate with the managing partners to contribute insights for long‑term planning for the studio based on your understanding of the AI market and emerging trends
• Support strategy by creating budgets and organizational designs
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the portfolio
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and the opportunities for growth and scalability
• Implement data‑driven, decision‑making processes to drive improvements that can be repeatable across the portfolio
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Cultivate and manage relationships with portfolio company leadership teams and the broader investor community, fostering connections between the groups as relevant
• Source opportunities for fund investments

• Experience in an operations, product, or engineering role at a start‑up or tech company
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and inspire a team
• Knowledge of operations and project management best practices for start‑up or technology companies
• Experience bringing products to market
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Interest in AI technologies and the AI eco‑system
