You will support the Chief of Staff to SAP’s Chief Sustainability and Commercial Officer (CSCO) in a fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional environment. The office partners with stakeholders across sustainability, commercial functions, and broader SAP leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and execution on strategic priorities and the “rhythm of the business.” This role also supports structured Partner Engagement initiatives to help scale SAP’s Sustainability portfolio through the ecosystem.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Support the office “rhythm of the business” by coordinating recurring cadences (e.g., leadership updates, deep dives, planning touchpoints), including preparation materials, tracking decisions, and capturing next steps.
- Provide executive support: assist with briefing preparation, meeting readiness, and follow‑through (action tracking, stakeholder communications, and coordination across time zones).
- Project management and execution support for cross‑functional initiatives: build simple workplans, monitor milestones, identify dependencies and risks, and keep deliverables moving.
- Communications support: draft clear internal updates (emails, one‑pagers, meeting recaps) and ensure messages are consistent, concise, and audience‑appropriate.
- Operational excellence: create and refine templates, trackers, and lightweight processes that improve visibility, reduce friction, and help the office run smoothly.
- Support partner governance cadences by assisting in preparation for strategic partner reviews, executive touchpoints, and internal alignment sessions.
- Track and analyze partner‑related KPIs (e.g., indirect influence, pipeline visibility, activation milestones) to improve transparency and reporting rigor.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials for external partner meetings, including research, account summaries, and structured follow‑up tracking.
- Support partner enablement and activation initiatives by coordinating materials, tracking engagement, and monitoring execution milestones.
- Help drive alignment across Partner Engagement, GTM, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure ecosystem priorities are clearly articulated and operationalized.
- How an executive office drives alignment and execution across a complex organization through structured cadences and disciplined decision‑making.
- Exposure to cross‑functional priorities spanning sustainability and commercial execution, with mentorship and feedback from experienced leaders.
- How ecosystem strategy, governance models, and KPI transparency enable scalable indirect growth in a global enterprise environment.
- Graduate Program, MBA, or equivalent educational experience.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple streams of work without losing track of commitments.
- Strong project management capability (planning, prioritization, follow‑through); comfortable driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal); can synthesize information and tailor messages to different audiences.
