Business Performance Intern - Full Time 2026
Louis Vuitton Americas invites enthusiastic and driven individuals to apply for a Full-time Business Performance Intern position within our dynamic Business Performance team in New York City. The Business Performance Intern will have a valuable opportunity to support the team by analyzing key business metrics, identifying emerging trends, and contributing to data-driven insights across all Louis Vuitton product categories. This internship offers hands‑on experience in business analysis within a vibrant luxury and fashion environment, fostering professional growth and development.
Jobresponsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in analyzing product performance (e.g., weekly, monthly) across various categories to support insights for Merchandising and cross‑functional teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of product reporting, utilizing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to present data effectively.
- Collaborate with Merchandising teams to ensure timely completion of data‑related tasks and information gathering.
- Support with data collection and preliminary analysis for the monthly forecasting process, identifying initial trends and potential risks or opportunities.
- Conduct introductory competitive research, focusing on specific initiatives or market trends.
- Contribute to the analysis of weekly and monthly business performance data, assisting in the identification of key drivers.
- Support the Business Performance team with ad‑hoc reporting and presentation development, including leadership presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on business performance and strategic initiatives.
We are excited to speak to students or recent graduates who possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a data‑oriented mindset. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a deadline‑oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally within a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should exhibit strong product sensibility, a proven ability to develop knowledge of competitive trends, and a genuine passion for the industry.
Excellent communication, adaptability, time management, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
Compensation
- Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
- Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
Criteria
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- We are open to full‑time candidates with availability to start ASAP this Spring 2026 for 6 months
- Legally authorized to work in the US
The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
