CAA Brand Management is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator, Legal & Business Affairs to support the attorneys in the Legal & Business Affairs department. The position will be located in the CAA Brand Management New York, City office. The ideal candidate must be thorough, thoughtful, detail-oriented, flexible, self-driven and collaborative, and must be able to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities among different attorneys the candidate will be supporting, including legal and administrative support.##

** PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
*** Support team efforts towards organizational efficiency by developing, maintaining and updating contract management systems and charts, and organizing e-files and document management.
* Assist team with tracking high volume of contracts and their progress.
* Maintenance and updates to templates and boilerplate clauses in contracts.
* Assist the Legal & Business Affairs team with drafting various letters and agreements as needed.
* Conduct legal research as needed to support the Legal & Business Affairs team.
* Other various related tasks and special projects as assigned, including general administrative support.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Strong academic background: college graduate
* 0 – 4 years’ experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department ideally with experience in licensing and related transactions, and trademark law; if no experience, a general interest in learning about the licensing industry is vital.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
* Ability to manage time effectively, multitask in fast paced environment, take instruction but also work independently to meet demands of organization, demonstrative flexibility to support business with shifting priorities and ability to handle privileged, confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate and professional manner.
* Upbeat temperament, dynamic personality, flexible and highly team-oriented approach to work.
* Strong work ethic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
** COMPENSATION
* * The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00 - $29.00.Please provide complete and legible information. An incomplete application may affect your consideration for employment.
