PositionSummary
Converge Marketing is seeking a Performance Operations Intern to support ongoing operational improvement initiatives during the Summer 2026 internship program. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual interested in business operations, process improvement, and project management within a fast‑paced, performance‑driven marketing organization. The intern will play a key role in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), mapping process flows, and supporting operational workflows across teams.
This position offers broad exposure to how a full‑service marketing organization operates and provides meaningful, hands‑on experience that supports both personal development and Converge’s long‑term operational scalability.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows across Performance Operations
- Develop clear and structured process flow documentation to improve consistency and efficiency
- Support project management activities for a smaller client or internal initiative, as assigned
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather input andvalidateprocess documentation
- Assist with updating documentation as business needs and operational priorities evolve
- Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and regular check‑ins with the manager
- Organize andmaintaindocumentation in shared systems to ensure accessibility and version control
- Completed SOP documentation for assigned operational processes
- Process flow diagrams that clearly outline workflows, ownership, and handoffs
- Project documentation supporting assigned client or operational initiatives
- Recommendations for process clarity, efficiency, or improvement where applicable
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

- Broad exposure to multiple departments within a full‑service marketing organization
- Hands‑on experience in operational documentation and process improvement
- Regular feedback and mentorship from Performance Operations leadership
- Participation in Converge internship learning sessions and company meetings
