• Contract Management Support:
  Assist in finalizing contractual details with the trading, contract writing, and legal teams. This includes contract review, drafting and archiving tasks.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
  Interface with warehouses, logistics service providers, and internal teams to handle inquiries or issues related to the physical movement of cargo.
• Position Management Assistance:
  Help in managing both physical and financial positions related to trades. This may include market research and analysis.
• Documentation Support:
  Aid in the preparation, processing, distribution and archiving of required shipping documents.
• Trade Pricing and Hedging Support:
  Run reports to ensure trades are priced/hedged accurately, may include market research and analysis.
• Adhoc Departmental Support:
  Assist team members within the department on various adhoc tasks as required.

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with excellent academic record.
• Strong analysis/writing/planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel & Word.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and good time management / organizational skills.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial, willing to learn.
• Strong interest in international commodity markets.

• This is a paid internship – $23/hour.
• In person office attendance is required, 5 days per week.
• Office is located at 330 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10017.
• Intern will be responsible for transport costs to/from the Glencore office.
